Partnerships Manager
Strobe is building the world's largest power plant: not a single site, but a distributed fleet of buildings, batteries, EVs, and generators that buy and sell power in real time across wholesale energy markets.
Own the channel that puts Strobe in front of the people who sell systems. You'll recruit and grow partnerships with the energy brokers, EPCs, and installers who already put batteries, generators, and CHP into commercial and industrial buildings, and give them the tools to design and close deals. Strobe becomes the operating layer they bring to every project. Strobe is also a buyer: we install, operate, and own new batteries, so partners also supply and build Strobe's own fleet.
What you'd own
Build Strobe's channel program around our design tools and utility data ingestion, and use them to support partners' clients
Build marketing campaigns around those tools, and bring what partners need from them back to our engineering team
Recruit and sign EPCs, electrical contractors, battery and generator installers, and ESCOs who can bring Strobe into new projects and their existing installed base
Turn partners into pipeline: train their sales teams, run joint account plans, and co-sell their largest opportunities until they can sell Strobe on their own
Unlock partners' installed fleets: find the batteries and generators they've already deployed and structure programs that bring those assets under Strobe operation
Build the supply side of Strobe's own deployments through close relationships with the contractors who install the units Strobe owns and operates
Strong fit if you have
1–5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships. Energy, construction, real estate, or a fast-moving startup all count
Tenacity: you follow up the fifth time, find another way in when the first door closes, and keep your pipeline full without being asked
Real interest in how energy works: how the grid runs, why a building's power bill looks the way it does, how a battery makes money
The ability to learn technical concepts fast and explain them simply to a contractor
Organization and accountability: you track every partner, every deal, and every promise you made
Willingness to travel to partners, job sites, and trade shows
Bonus points
Experience at an energy broker, EPC, installer, or equipment maker
Exposure to batteries, solar, generators, or demand response
An engineering, science, or economics background
You'll sit at the intersection of energy hardware, the power grid, and energy markets. In one week you might pitch an OEM's leadership on a joint offering, train an installer's sales team, and work through an integration spec with our engineers.
Small team, high ownership, no layers.
